When you send a testing inquiry, we collect the name, work email, company, product category, and project details you enter. Basic technical request data may also be processed to keep the website secure.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to evaluate the requested work, ask follow-up questions, prepare a scope or quote, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell inquiry information.

What not to send

Do not submit patient records, personal health information, payment-card details, trade-secret formulas, or regulated sample data through the public inquiry form. Sensitive project files should only be exchanged after a secure process is agreed.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in the website’s protected database and are available through a password-protected team inbox. Access is limited to people responsible for responding to testing requests.

Your choices

You may ask to correct or delete an inquiry by sending a new request through the website form and identifying the original work email and approximate submission date.

Policy changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the form after an update is governed by the revised policy.
