Project guide

Before sending samples

1. Submit the inquiry

Describe the product, dosage form, ingredients or analytes of interest, number of samples, test or decision needed, target date, and intended market when relevant.

2. Confirm the scope

A project response will identify additional information needed to select a method, estimate sample quantity, define reporting, and prepare pricing.

3. Receive instructions

Approved projects receive submission and shipping instructions appropriate to the material. Do not send hazardous, controlled, temperature-sensitive, or biologically active material unless it has been explicitly accepted.

4. Label each sample

Use a unique sample name or code that matches the submission record. Include lot or batch information and storage conditions when applicable.

5. Protect confidential information

Use the public form only for initial scoping. Wait for an agreed secure exchange before providing confidential formulas, specifications, or regulated records.
